Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Create By Influence ("CBI Hub", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

CBI Hub provides marketing consulting, digital marketing services, website development, content creation, CRM implementation, and related business services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by CBI Hub or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, all work product and deliverables created for clients become the property of the client upon full payment.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. General payment terms include:

  • Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement
  • Late payments may incur additional fees or result in service suspension
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement
  • We reserve the right to modify our pricing with advance notice

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBI Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CBI Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
